A beautiful 19th Century Mansion with heated pool in the midst of the world famous Cognac area.

Set amidst the beautiful rolling Cognac countryside famous for its brandy producing vineyards and the spirit of the same name, this superb Mansion stands in 2 hectares of walled grounds at the edge of a small hamlet surrounded by vineyards, fields of sunflowers and woodland.

The property is entered by means of large electronic gates that open onto a cobbled courtyard with a fountain as a centre piece The mansion forms a U shaped enclosure with a colonnaded hangar and an original well to its’ left and on the other side of the courtyard is a detached guest house with a garage.

The house has been lovingly restored in the last ten years and is decorated to an extremely high standard with features such as original fireplaces and antique tiled floors. The house is typically of the Charente with a tiled hallway running from front to back with the back doors opening out onto parkland. This arrangement allows cooling breezes to circulate during the summer months when temperatures are higher.
